CMMI Process Engineer
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years CMM/CMMI-oriented process improvement
experience and have performed in an EPG, SQA, or PPQA role. Candidate must
have the ability to facilitate process definition sessions, capture and document
processes and process assets in written and/or visually fashions, deploy processes
to numerous organizations and projects, train and mentor project personnel
in the use of processes, perform process and product quality assurance, and
report results of process activities to management. Experience as a CMM/CMMI
appraisal team member is desirable.
Rational RUP & Requirements
Management Consultant
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of seven years of software engineering
experience and have knowledge of modern technologies and solutions, including,
but not limited to: Iterative Software Development, Use Case Methodology, Web
Services, Service Oriented Architectures, UML, and Enterprise Architectures.
Candidate must have the ability to lead and mentor others in the understanding
of the end-to-end software development and requirements management processes.
Experience with IBM Rational tools like RUP Method Composer, RUP Organizer,
RUP Builder, Rational Software Modeler/Architect, Rose and/or XDE are necessary
Candidate must also demonstrate 3 or more years experience as a team leader/mentor
in an iterative development and object-oriented analysis/design environment.
Rational ClearCase & ClearQuest
Consultant
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of seven years of software engineering
and configuration management experience and have knowledge of modern technologies
and solutions, including, but not limited to: expert level ClearCase and ClearQuest
tool administration and installation knowledge; ability to install, configure,
and customize ClearCase and ClearQuest; fluent knowledge of software engineering
methodologies, design and development, SCM body of knowledge/best practices,
and release engineering processes. Candidate must have the ability to lead
and mentor others in the understanding of the end-to-end SCM process, identifying
strategies for problem resolution and developing shell and Perl scripts. Experience
with other tools in the Rational Suite and Rational Unified Process (RUP) is
highly desirable.
Serena SCM Consultant
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of seven years of software engineering
and configuration management experience and have knowledge of modern technologies
and solutions, including, but not limited to: fluent knowledge of software
engineering methodologies, design and development, SCM body of knowledge/best
practices, and release engineering processes. Candidate must have the ability
to lead and mentor others in the understanding of the end-to-end SCM process,
identifying strategies for problem resolution and developing shell and Perl
scripts. Experience with tools like Serena Dimensions, Collage, and TeamTrack
are highly desirable .
